I want to enroll. Where do I sign up and what are the requirements?
Start by filling out the registration form here. Registration is absolutely FREE. After registering, you will be sent an email with the review fees, requirements, discounts, payment details and enrollment instructions. Read through the email and follow the instructions carefully and you should be all set. Please note that registering online DOES NOT automatically enroll you. It is only meant for you to receive the email that has all the information that you need. If you decide not to enroll after registering, that is fine. You don’t even have to do anything. But if you wish to continue after registering, then just follow the instructions that was sent to you in your email and you should be all set.
Requirements to enroll for the upcoming August 2025 | March 2025 Medical Technology Board Exam Review:

2. Original deposit slip or proof of payment – Once form is completed, you will be sent an email with the detailed enrollment instructions and payment details within 3 business days. Kindly follow the instructions in the email.
3. Soft copies of 1×1 ID photo preferably with white background – send this with your proof of payment for your ACTS Review Center ID
4. School certificate / TOR / Diploma – This is only required for Latin honor awardees as proof that they graduated with honors. A discount of up to 100% awaits all our enrollees who are recipients of Latin awards. If you are not a Latin Honor awardee, just do requirement numbers 1 to 3.

What are your payment policies / terms?
PAYMENT POLICIES
1. A student should be paid in full by the first day of class. If a student walks-in and enrolls on the first day of class, only a full payment is allowed. For online classes, if a student enrolls on the first day of class, only a full payment is allowed.
2. Reservation of slots is first-paid, first-served and is only done by either making a partial (50%) payment or a full payment of the review fee.
3. The review fee that was paid, whether partial or in full, is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
4. The student is responsible for keeping the original deposit slip from the bank. This will be submitted on the first day of class.
PAYMENT TERMS
1. We accept cash and check payments only.
2. Students can choose to do a partial (50%) payment or a full payment.
a. If a student chose to do a partial payment, the remaining 50% balance is due on the first day of class.
b. A student may also choose to pay / deposit the remaining balance anytime, as long as the student is paid in full by the first day of class.
3. Credit cards are currently NOT accepted since we do not have a physical credit card terminal.

How long will the review period be per batch?
A normal review period takes 2-3 months, however, the schedule may vary. Please refer to the schedule posted on our website and / or on our social media accounts.
Do you have dormitories?
We have quite a number of rooms/apartments for rent near our area. For Manila, you may refer to the following links:

Will I get a discount if I am a former ACTS Review Center reviewee?
Discounts are subject to eligibility. Bring your old ACTS Review Center ID or Enrollment Form so that we can check it for you.
Do you sell reviewers?
The review materials are included in the review fee. We do not sell review materials to those who are not officially enrolled.
How do I get to ACTS Review Center in Manila?
Commuting Routes:
FROM QUIAPO – Ride an FX / Jeep to Pasig Palengke, get off at Santol St., Sta. Mesa. J&T Building is to your right.
FROM CUBAO – Ride a Jeep to Divisoria, get off at Santol St., Sta. Mesa. J&T Building is to your left.
LANDMARK: ACTS Review Center is located at 5th floor of the TALL BUILDING (named J&T) in front of Santol Street stoplight. This building also has an SSS office, Pag-Ibig office and St. Therese Academy.
Nearest Train Stations: ACTS Review Center is located in between LRT 2 (Purple Line) V. Mapa (SM Sta. Mesa) and LRT 2 (Purple Line) Pureza stations
**From V. Mapa station, you may walk to Santol St. or you can ride a jeepney bound to Divisoria and get off at Santol St.
**From Pureza station, you will ride a jeepney bound to PASIG PALENGKE and get off at Santol St.
Do you have any other office / branches outside Metro Manila?
Although our office is only located in Manila, we do have regional reviews in Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Iloilo. Unfortunately, we do not have any offices in those locations.
When is the date of the Medical Technology Licensure Examination?
The Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) updates their website from time to time for the schedule of licensure examinations. You may check the schedule of the examinations here.
I graduated with latin honors. Do I get a discount?
FOR RECENT GRADUATES (WITHIN ONE YEAR):
Cum Laude – 50%
Magna and Summa Cum Laude – 100%
FOR HONOR STUDENTS WHO GRADUATED OVER A YEAR AGO:
Cum Laude – 20%
Magna and Summa Cum Laude – 50%
REQUIREMENTS FOR LATIN HONOR STUDENTS:
1. Latin honor students may qualify for a either a 100% or a 50% discount. We would require a non-refundable PHP 3,500 fee on top of the review fee (if there is any) to cover the cost of the materials for the review.
2. Bank deposit slips / Online bank transfer screenshots and email that shows payment of the Materials Fee made in full; this is to be submitted on the first day of class
3. Original and copy of official school document (certification, diploma, TOR, etc.) certifying you graduated with honors; also to be submitted on the first day of class
4. 1×1 ID picture, preferably white background

How much is the review fee?
The review fee is PHP 16,500. The fee does not include the examination fees for ASCPᴵ | AMT | CLS. You would have to pay them directly to ASCPᴵ.
What is included in the review fee?

Do you offer ASCPᴵ | AMT | CLS review outside Metro Manila?
When opening a review class outside Metro Manila, we take into consideration certain factors which include but are not limited to the demand from the students, availability of the venue, total cost of the venue, availability of the professors, professional fees, and other factors. Every year, care has been taken to evaluate all of these considerations to ensure that we retain the quality of education and service that we provide our students and at the same time, maintain a review fee that is competitive.
We can offer a review class outside Metro Manila, provided that a minimum of 50 students can reserve their slots (reservation of slots would mean that the student has already made a deposit of either the partial or the full amount of the review fee).
ACTS Review Center has always been known because of our staff’s unparalleled level of service to students and of course, the highest quality of review we give. We know it is unfair to charge students outside Metro Manila for mediocre review sessions that is why, unlike our competitors, we always meticulously plan our review sessions. We give out the ASCPᴵ | AMT | CLS sessions in advance and we post the schedule on social media so that our students will be informed of the schedule ahead of time. This allows them to manage their schedule and plan their leaves accordingly so they could join our class.
Can you process my documents on my behalf?
ACTS Review Center is not authorized to process their student’s documents on their behalf. What we can only provide you as part of the review fee is to give guidance on how to process your examination applications.
I have a question about my application. Can you help me?
As each application is different, it would be best if we could discuss your concerns personally to avoid misinterpretation as an error in your application can be very costly. You may visit us in person at our office, or call our mobile numbers. Our advice is available for all students only. You will also be glad to know that when you enroll with us, you will have a chance to discuss your questions with us during the orientation.
